sold my place in the village before the poo hit the fan. I bought it when the £ was high against the Euro and sold when the £ was low against the Euro. "Only" lost a few grand but can carry the loss forward against a future gain. I will buy again in Wexford are but will wait until prices bototm out but won;t be for a while yet. PJ
